“What’s A Cellar Door Without Gravy?”

This makes me want to invent a dish and use all of the goofiest short-order slang. Check out an inspired creation after the break.

I have created something similar in the past, called “A Sloppy Wet One.” It’s a biscuit topped with tomato gravy, Parmesan cheese, Tabasco, and an egg. Based on how the egg is cooked, it can be called anything from “A Poached, Sloppy Wet One” to “An Over-Easy, Sloppy Wet One.” (Appeal to real scientists: The equation isn’t technically correct. Parmesan is on top, both mathematically and gastronomically.)
